Problem Note 57574: A long quoted string within the SAS® Macro facility incorrectly generates a warning when it should be a note

A long quoted string used within the SAS macro facility incorrectly generates one of the following warning messages:
WARNING: The quoted string currently being processed has become more than 262 characters long. You might have unbalanced quotation marks.
WARNING: The quoted string currently being processed has become more than 262 bytes long. You might have unbalanced quotation marks.
A return code of zero (0) is correctly generated. A note should be generated instead of a warning message.
